As most of you will be aware now, we have closed all Trapp’d branches with immediate effect until further notice due to the latest advice by the government. Hey guys, just to give you an update during these uncertain times. Trapp’d as a company will be continuing with business as normal until we are told differently. We are taking every precaution necessary to keep our staff and our customers safe and we will continue to host your escape rooms as normal to help you all take your mind off the panic and have some fun.
As always, we are approachable with any questions you have and we’ll keep giving updates if anything changes.

*** NOTICE TO ALL CUSTOMERS *** Due to the growing concern of the coronavirus over the past few weeks, we would like to ask that any customers that are feeling unwell or showing any symptoms of the virus (or any flu like symptoms) to please reschedule their booking.

If this applies to you then you can get in touch with our team over the phone or drop us an email to info@trappd.com and we will be happy to assist.

We've put these measures in place just as a precaution but we feel it's better to be safe than sorry as the safety of our staff and customers is our top priority.
We will be disinfecting the rooms after each booking to ensure we are doing as much as we can to stop the spread of the virus.

Going forward it will be business as usual but we will be keeping a close eye on the situation and will keep everyone updated with any changes to bookings that may need to be made should circumstances change.
