What's the objective?

Your task in all of our rooms is to escape within the 60 minute time limit. You will do so by working as a team to unlock keys, crack codes, solve puzzles and follow the course of the game which will all become clear the minute you become TRAPP’D in one of our rooms.

What if we don't escape in time?

Let’s just pray you do!!

How many players can participate?

Each group size can consist of 2-6 players. Unfortunately you can’t play alone as our escape rooms require team work.

How much does it cost?

The prices start from £16.67 per person depending on your group size.

What happens if I'm late?

It is imperative you arrive early, we recommend 15 minutes to be safe. Game doors cannot be opened once the game has begun and you will miss your slot. You will not be refunded if you arrive late.

Can I get a refund?

No refunds to be given under any circumstances. This includes if a group books and pays for 6 players but only 5 turn up.

What if I need to get out of the room?

If for any reason you need to be released from the room for an emergency then we have someone watching your every move on camera and you just need to signal them and they will come and let you out. Anyone who leaves a room for any reason will not be allowed to re-enter during that game.

What ages can play?

Suitable for 8+ but we recommend ages of 10 or over. Anyone under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied inside the room by a paying adult.

Some rooms are only suitable for older ages due to the nature of the room

How long does the experience last?

All rooms last 60 minutes and we advise arriving 15 – 20 minutes early to check in and run through our safety procedure. We would suggest allowing 1.5 hours for the full experience.

Can I take photos?

Unfortunately we do not permit the use of cameras or mobile phones due to the inside the Escape Rooms due to the secrecy of each room. All cameras, phones and valuables must be kept in the lockers provided prior to entering your chosen room.

Photos can be taken at the end of your experience.

Are the rooms suitable for wheelchair users?

Please call us before booking as all rooms are different and only a few of them are suitable for wheelchair users.

Do I need to be fit to play Trapp'd?

No, all of our rooms require team work, quick thinking, common sense and above all, initiative. Our rooms require brains not muscle.

Do you have parking on site?

Our Corby, Billing Aquadrome and Peterborough branches have onsite parking right outside the door.

If visiting our Northampton branch we advise parking at the St Michaels Multi Storey car park which is a 5 minute walk from us. Post code for your sat nav is NN1 3HR.

If visiting the Wellingborough branch we advise parking at the Jackson’s Lane Car Park, NN8 4LD or Morrisons Car Park.

If visiting the Stockport branch, parking available at the nearby Red Rock multi-storey car park.

If visiting the Leeds branch, free parking on-site.

If visiting the Kettering branch this has off road customer parking at the back of the building

What time can I play Trapp’d?

We have slots from 9.30am to 9pm at all of our branches and you can check availability here.

Can I reschedule?

If your booking is more than 24 hours away then we can reschedule you. Drop us an email to [email protected].

Where can I check availability?

You can check availability directly via this page of the website. Select the room you’d like to book and then select a date on the calendar. The website will then give you a list of available times.

Can I add more people to my booking?

Providing your player cap isn’t already at 6 people, you can add more people to the booking on the day at the venue. It’s £10 per extra head.

How do I book using a gift voucher/promo code?

Select the room/date/time you want to play and enter the code into promo box. Codes can be case sensitive so make sure to enter it correctly as no refunds can be given. If the total isnt refreshed then contact us before proceeding with any payment.

How do I book with Groupon/Wowcher?

Customers will receive a code upon purchase, put this into the promo box on our website when booking. Once a code has been used it expires and cannot be used again.

What if I haven’t received my booking confirmation?

Please check your junk/spam folder, if you cannot find it, please contact us to confirm your booking.

Are the rooms scary?

The short answer is no. We do have some horror themed rooms with scares and we do rate all rooms with a scare factor so you can decide which one is right for you. We can also remove scares upon request.
